Vamsee Mohan Kamabathula is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the software industry. He is currently the CTO and Co-founder of Qapita, a digital equity management platform for private companies, particularly start-ups. Qapita's software, QapMap, is designed to enable CapTable management, ESOP management, and digital ESOP issuance. Vamsee's vision is to build a network of stakeholders and digitally enable private investments and transactions in the future. Prior to Qapita, Vamsee worked as a Senior Architect at Camp Systems (P) Ltd, where he was responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for clients. He also founded Techbrix Software Pvt Ltd and served as its Owner, where he handled project delivery, sales, and pre-sales. Vamsee holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from IIT and completed his secondary education at Bhavan's Sri Rama Krishna Vidhyalaya. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in various programming languages and tools, including Senior Software Engineer. With over 20 years of relevant experience, Vamsee is a highly skilled technology leader who is passionate about using technology to drive innovation and growth. He is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions and building high-performance teams.
